FRIDAY

Parking spaces were pegged and tents were put up. first to get there was maggie, in beautiful betty bubbles. in the fine summers evening drink flowed, bar b ques were ablaze,music was in full swing and a lot of people chatted the night away.

SATURDAY

People came form far and near, raffles and music opened in the main barn. then the rain poured and poured and poured. the police came and explained how the convoy would be done, then time for our popmaster quiz with the winner getting a bottle of freshly troden trevand simon wine. Then off to our tents to change into fancy dress costumes. Fantastic music from our dj andy with plenty of fun, frolics and funky moves.

SUNDAY

Lined up cars for the record breaking convoy. Scooter boys and the police ready for the off. 10.00 exactly(what timing) police blocked roads and off went 85 of us sanwiched in between 50 vintage scooterstoinvade great yarmouth sea front..Mwt up halfway to regroup, loads of amased faces and waves along the way and so many photo's taken. parked up for a while at great yarmouth and back to fritton. sun blazing down on us today. quick set up of mikes , music and raffle. Raffle drawnand then medals given for best cars- some really proud faces. Most people said goodbye and travelled off into the sunset. the few that remained joined us down the local pub at fritton ad a fantastic evening was had by all. £347 was raised for zoes place from our raffles and a further £50 was raised through the sale of zoes place merchandise.
